Chocolate & Banana Ice Blocks

Makes: approx. 8 ice blocks

 

Ingredients

1 cup of almond milk
2 Bananas
2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
2 tablespoons of honey
 

Method

Place almond milk, bananas, cocoa powder and honey into your BioChef Living Food Blender and mix until smooth.
Pour mixture into popsicle molds.
Insert popsicle sticks and place popsicle molds in freezer for at least 3 hours.
To remove, fill a large bowl with warm water and place popsicle molds into it for 30 secondes.
Remove from water and pull ice blocks straight up of mold using stick.
Ready to eat!
