Banana Protein Smoothie
Makes: 500mL (two glasses)
4 bananas (frozen for thicker/creamier consistency)
1 serving of protein of your choice (whey, hemp, rice, pea etc)
2 pitted dates
1 tsp. chia
1 tsp. flax seeds
2 cups of nut milk
Place all ingredients into your BioChef High Powered Blender.
Blend on high for 2 minutes or use the smoothie setting if applicable to your blender.
