Raspberry Iceblocks

Makes: 4 iceblocks


2 cupa of frozen or fresh raspberries
500mL of natural & cold press fruit juice (most flavour work: mango, apple, orange)
1 tbsp. honey or agave 


Place all ingredients into your BioChef High Powered Blender.
Blend on high for 1-2 minutes or use the smoothie setting if applicable to your blender.  
Pour into iceblock molds and set in the freezer for atleast 4 hours.
