- 500mL (two glasses)
- 4 bananas (frozen for thicker/creamier consistency)
- 1 serving of protein of your choice (whey, hemp, rice, pea etc)
- 2 pitted dates
- 1 tsp. chia
- 1 tsp. flax seeds
- 2 cups of nut milk
- Place all ingredients into your BioChef High Powered Blender.
- Blend on high for 2 minutes or use the smoothie setting if applicable to your blender.
