Homemade Peanut Butter


  • 1 jar


  • 2 cups dried-roasted unsalted peanuts
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp salt


  • Add the peanuts, the maple syrup and the salt into your BioChef Atlas Power blender and turn on to low speed.
  • After the peanuts are completely broken down and begin to turn creamy, turn the blender to its medium speed.
  • Continue blending until the peanut butter is completely smooth.
  • Transfer the peanut butter to a jar, and chill for at least 8 hours to achieve the traditional thick peanut butter texture.
