- 1 jar
- 2 cups dried-roasted unsalted peanuts
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Add the peanuts, the maple syrup and the salt into your BioChef Atlas Power blender and turn on to low speed.
- After the peanuts are completely broken down and begin to turn creamy, turn the blender to its medium speed.
- Continue blending until the peanut butter is completely smooth.
- Transfer the peanut butter to a jar, and chill for at least 8 hours to achieve the traditional thick peanut butter texture.
