Oatmeal Energy Balls

Makes:

  • Approx. 8 balls

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup old fashioned oats (jumbo rolled oats)
  • 1/4 cup quick-cooking oats
  • 1/2 cup ground flaxseeds
  • 1/2 cup smooth natural peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Method:

  • Attach the mincing/processing strainer to your BioChef Axis Cold Press Juicer. It is a good idea to use a larger mixing bowl (instead of juice container) to capture the processed ingredients.
  • Turn the machine on and feed the ingredients through slowly, alternating the ingredients a tablespoon at a time.
  • Once all ingredients have been processed simply mix by hand to combine thoroughly.
  • Roll balls approx. 3cm in diameter using a cookie scoop or tablespoon.
