Raspberry Ice Blocks


  • 4 ice blocks


  • 2 cup of frozen or fresh raspberries
  • 500mL of natural & cold press fruit juice (most flavour work: mango, apple, orange)
  • 1 tbsp. honey or agave


  • Place all ingredients into your BioChef High Powered Blender.
  • Blend on high for 1-2 minutes or use the smoothie setting if applicable to your blender.
  • Pour into ice block molds and set in the freezer for at least 4 hours.
