Homemade Sesame Milk

Makes:

  • 600mL

Ingredients:

  • 100g white sesame seeds
  • Filtered water

Method:

  • Always use the proportion 1:3 between seeds and water. For 1 cup of seeds, 3 cups of water.
  • Soak the sesame seeds overnight (6-8 hours). Place seeds and water into your BioChef Juicer. If you are using a BioChef vertical juicer, you can drink the milk just as it comes out of the juicer. If you wish to remove all the fibers from your milk or you are using a BioChef horizontal juicer, we recommend using a nut milk bag to strain the milk before drinking.
