- 20 organic medjool dates, pitted and chopped
- 2 cups raw cashew nuts
- 1/2 cup hazelnuts
- 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp. vanilla extract
- 3 tbsp. coconut milk
- Place dates, cashew, hazelnuts & cocoa powder in your BioChef Blender at slow speed or using “Pulse” until coarsely chopped.
- Add shredded coconut, vanilla extract and coconut milk and pulse again until mixture starts to go smooth.
- Press firmly into a 9-inch square baking dish. Chill for 1 hour before serving.
