Vanilla Bean Pecan Butter

  • 2 cups organic raw pecans
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla bean seeds


  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees F/165 degrees C.
  • Toast the pecans in the preheated oven until they start to turn golden brown and let cool for a few minutes.
  • Add all the ingredients into your BioChef Atlas Power Blender and process until it breaks down into a nut butter.
