- 3 cups of frozen pitted cherries
- 1 can coconut cream
- 1 tbs maple syrup
- Chocolate chip
- Add the coconut cream, the frozen pitted cherries and the maple syrup into your BioChef Living Food Blender and blend on the ‘ice-cream’ setting until thick and creamy.
- Transfer to a loaf pan and add some chocolate chip and mix with a spoon. Freeze at least 4 hours.
- When ready to serve, scoop into a bowl and serve immediately.
