Dehydrated, Raw Granola Recipe

Serves:

  • About 6 cups

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups old-fashioned oats
  • 2/3 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 cup slivered almonds
  • 1/2 cup chopped dried fruits
  • 1/4 cup flaxseeds
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup melted coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup brown rice syrup
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup hot water

Method:

  • Combine all ingredients together.
  • Add the preparation on the non-stick dehydrating sheets and on your BioChef dehydrator trays.
  • Dehydrate for about 8 hours between 105 - 115 degrees or until dry and crunchy.
