Green Chia Smoothie

Makes:

  • 500mL (two glasses)

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of greens (spinach, kale, lettuce)
  • 2 bananas (frozen for thicker/creamier consistency)
  • 1/2 cup blueberries (frozen or fresh)
  • 2 dates
  • 1 tsp. chia
  • 1 tsp. spirulina power
  • 2 cups of nut milk

Method:

  • Place all ingredients into your BioChef High Powered Blender. It's best to place greens in first for finer blend.
  • Blend on high for 2 minutes or use the smoothie setting if applicable to your blender.
