Makes:
- 500mL (two glasses)
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of greens (spinach, kale, lettuce)
- 2 bananas (frozen for thicker/creamier consistency)
- 1/2 cup blueberries (frozen or fresh)
- 2 dates
- 1 tsp. chia
- 1 tsp. spirulina power
- 2 cups of nut milk
Method:
- Place all ingredients into your BioChef High Powered Blender. It's best to place greens in first for finer blend.
- Blend on high for 2 minutes or use the smoothie setting if applicable to your blender.
