Chocolate & Banana Ice Blocks


  • Approx. 8 ice blocks


  • 1 cup of almond milk
  • 2 Bananas
  • 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons of honey


  • Place almond milk, bananas, cocoa powder and honey into your BioChef Living Food Blender and mix until smooth.
  • Pour mixture into popsicle molds.
  • Insert popsicle sticks and place popsicle molds in freezer for at least 3 hours.
  • To remove, fill a large bowl with warm water and place popsicle molds into it for 30 secondes.
  • Remove from water and pull ice blocks straight up of mold using stick.
  • Ready to eat!
